This data reflects our understanding of the current Short Term Rental Industry in Atlanta based on data collected between June 2022 and August 2022. Please keep a few things in mind as real world data can be a bit messy:

• Inconsistent totals reflect the peculiarities of City GIS data. For example, there are areas of Atlanta that are not considered part of a specific neighborhood.
• Some properties e.g., those in Dekalb County do not have Livable Unit values in the Tax Parcel data. Therefore, we cannot compute total Livable Units or STR Listings per Livable Unit for these properties.
• Hotel Rooms are reported as livable units.
• We believe booking.com has Short Term Rentals, but we haven't pulled those totals from our dataset yet. Until we implement the needed code, booking.com STR totals will be incorrectly set to zero.
• We believe at least 20% of listings are cross platform listings, which means that the same property is listed on both VRBO and Airbnb.
